Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Business Onboarding Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in business development, customer relationship management, and process improvement. Although this is an unpaid position, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our team and make a meaningful impact on our onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the onboarding of new businesses to our platform.
- Guide businesses through the registration and setup process.
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance during the onboarding phase.
- Communicate effectively with new business partners to understand their needs and address their questions.
- Help develop and refine onboarding materials and documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to improve onboarding processes and tools.
- Collect feedback from business users to enhance their experience on our platform.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
