Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will reside in Qatar and have the ability to work remotely from any city in the country. This role will involve handling various clerical tasks such as data entry, document management, and customer support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and update records accurately.
Manage and organize documents, both physical and electronic.
Provide administrative support to team members and management.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and memos.
Coordinate with different departments for scheduling and information exchange.
Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must reside in Qatar and have the ability to work remotely.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workload.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting is a plus.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
