The ideal candidate will be based in Qatar and have the ability to work remotely from any city in the country. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
-Assigned key responsibility with training:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other online platforms.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products or services using company-provided tools.
Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical or billing issues with customers.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Must reside in Qatar and have the ability to work remotely.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar support role.
Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using customer support software and basic office tools (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office Suite).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training or qualifications is a plus.
