Job Title: Service Operations Manager
Job Overview: We’re looking for someone with a deep passion for cars and the automotive industry to join our team. Currently, we have one garage, and we need someone who can fully dedicate themselves to managing it, scaling its operations, and leading the effort to open new garages in the future. If you’re the type of person who thinks about cars and operations day and night and can commit 100% to this vision, this role is for you. What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day operations of our existing garage.
Order parts required for car service and repairs.
Arrange parts when they are unavailable, including sourcing from the used market in Sharjah.
Check availability of parts before putting a vehicle on the lift to ensure the lift isn’t unnecessarily occupied.
Free up the lift if spare parts are only realized to be missing once the vehicle is on the lift, by making quick decisions and arrangements.
Overlook all activities of mechanics, electricians, and technicians to ensure cars are serviced and delivered quickly and efficiently.
Ensure no workers are idle and everyone is engaged productively in the workshop.
Maintain cleanliness of the workshop at all times, ensuring it never looks dirty or cluttered.
Arrange and organize the garage systematically, from spare parts to tools and even scrap items.
Speak to every customer, ensuring they are well attended to, their cars are delivered on time, and all necessary checks are performed.
Hire or fire employees based on their performance, in alignment with the company’s higher authorities.
Supervise mechanics and service advisors to ensure top-quality service.
Plan and execute growth strategies to expand the number of garages we operate.
Ensure high standards of customer service and workshop efficiency.
Resolve issues that arise and provide effective solutions.
Develop partnerships to help with future expansion.
Focus on scaling the garage into a larger operation with multiple locations.
What We’re Looking For:

Ability to manage and grow a garage from one to many locations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in handling parts sourcing, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop.
Willingness to dedicate yourself fully to this role, with a focus on operations and expansion.
Experience in service management or operations (preferred, but not required).
Willingness to travel as new garages are established.
