Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English, Personality Development, and Business Management.
Create and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and ensure a comprehensive understanding of subjects.
Stay updated with the latest educational trends, tools, and techniques to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Develop and update curriculum materials to keep courses relevant and engaging.
Design and evaluate course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments, ensuring alignment with educational standards and student needs.
Incorporate feedback from students and peers to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching methods.
Adapt to various teaching environments and locations as required.
Requirements:
Educational background or relevant experience in Business Management.
Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to handle classroom technology and online teaching platforms effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
