Title: Senior Sales Manager (HORECA)

Department: Sales & Commercial

Reporting Manager: Director of Sales & Commercial

Direct Reports: 5-7

Overall Team Size: 10-********You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives for the Foodservice channel across UAE, reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Commercial. Your primary focus will be on fostering and expanding relationships with major HORECA customers, utilizing consultative team management strategies and leveraging your network to enhance growth opportunities. While serving as a key leader within the sales team, you will also collaborate closely with various departments to align strategies, analyze sales data, and drive innovation.



Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability within the UAE market, focusing on the Foodservice channel.

• Cultivate and strengthen executive-level relationships with key customers to achieve company growth targets and strategic objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial and Marketing, to develop and activate strategies aligned with consumer behavior and market insights.

• Support the Director of Sales & Commercial in tracking and analyzing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending corrective actions, including the introduction of new products and line extensions in coordination with Marketing and Brand teams.

• Contribute to the development of new products, categories, and brands through collaboration with Brand and Commercial teams.

• Monitor channel profitability and variance analysis to support the achievement of financial objectives.

• Inspire and motivate sales and customer service teams through thought leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence.

• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them achieve their professional goals.



Qualifications

8 or more years of experience in senior sales roles within the Foodservice industry.

• Strong network and relationships within the HORECA customer base in the UAE.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and influence others.

• Advanced computer literacy and ability to analyse data and draw inferences.

• Possess transformational leadership qualities.

• Ability to guide, mentor and coach the sales team
