Answer phone calls and emails from clients
Strong communication skills
Maintain calendars for the office and your coworkers
File important documents and keep them well organized
Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Maintain a professional appearance and work area
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Power point and Excel.
