Responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our brand, increase customer engagement, and drive sales. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and analyze market trends********Content Creation and Localization: Produce engaging and culturally relevant marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and competitor activities within market. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
3. Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and media outlets within the community to amplify brand visibility and reach.
4. Community Engagement: Engage with clients through social media channels, forums, and other online communities. Foster positive relationships, address inquiries, and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
5. Event Coordination: Plan and organize marketing events, promotions, and product launches.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferably speaks Russian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in marketing
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
