For Customer Support,

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Customer Support to help us build up our business activities. Customer Support responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities :-

Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Administer all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines
Perform all follow up for all outbound calls
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements and skills :-

Proven experience as a Customer Support or relevant role.
Proficiency in English and any 1 regional language
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Note: Candidates should be flexible for onsite.
