We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to various departments.
* Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a welcoming attitude.
* Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments.
* Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and professionalism.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
* Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
* Coordinate with other departments to fulfill administrative requests.
* Provide general information to visitors and clients about the company and its services.
* Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
* Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
