Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Receptionist to join our team and be the face of our company. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services
Uphold company policies and procedures with a strong commitment to confidentiality

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
