Accounts Assistant/Administrative Assistant (Only Female candidates from Philippines)

We are seeking an experienced candidate to support the organization in optimizing its financial transactions and systems. To strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments and also to assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
The ideal candidate should be available here in the UAE, preferably with a background in accounting & admin. Excellent communication skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Processing invoices and managing receivables to ensure timely collection.
Collaborating with other departments to address financial concerns and provide support as needed.
Preparing proforma invoices and purchase orders as instructed by the projects teams
Monitoring the office petty cash account and recording receipts
Tracking staff leave ledger
Provide the necessary information to authorities, community or building management organizations to arrange work permits for our projects teams
Dealing with the car rental providers
Management of 3rd party office cleaning staff
Maintaining pantry stock (tea, coffee, milk, water etc.)
Support with the product shipment arrangement
Dealing with insurance brokers for medical and any other type of insurances
Supporting team in the document preparations such as delivery notes, receipts etc
