Job Title: Senior Property Accountant
Salary: 10,000 AED PM
Working Days: Mon – Fri

Job Description

We are looking for an in-house accountant that will be working for our London based property management side of the business but will be working in our office in Business bay dubai.
The candidate will be working closely with our external accountant based in the UK remotely who produces the finalised accounts and signs them off.
The candidate will be producing reports using our property management software Qube and sending these to the external accountant and supporting 2 team members in London remotely.

Daily tasks include:

• Reviewing Extended Trial Balance (ETB) with an external account and working through any queries he may have.

• Downloading supporting year end account documents pack from our property management software package named Qube and sending them to the accountant on a timely manner.

• Sharing draft accounts with property managers and answering any questions they may have and completing any adjustments required by the property managers to the accounts by working with the accountant.

• Raising any deficit charges on the qube system, creating an invoice and sending them out to leaseholders.


• Responding to leaseholder queries on the year end accounts.

• Providing invoices to leaseholders upon request

• Supporting the accounts team on client queries


Skill requirement:
• Proficient knowledge on financial reporting e.g Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet
• Proficient Knowledge of ETB (Extended Trial Balance)
• Professional qualification in accounting such as ACCA or CIMA
• Preferably accounts practice experience
