Job Title: Packing Helper

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Packing Helper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the packing process to ensure that products are prepared and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Packing Products: Assist in packing products according to company standards and customer requirements, ensuring all items are properly protected and labeled********Quality Control: Inspect products for any defects or damages before packing and report any issues to the supervisor********Material Handling: Manage and organize packing materials, such as boxes, tape, and protective wrapping, to maintain a clean and efficient workspace********Inventory Management: Help in maintaining accurate inventory records by counting and logging items as they are packed and shipped********Shipping Preparation: Prepare and label packages for shipment, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate********Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily packing and shipping targets********Compliance: Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred********Experience: Previous experience in a packing, shipping, or warehouse environment is an advantage but not required.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good organizational skills
- Basic math skills for inventory management
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move objects up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 pounds]
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or similar environment
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced and physically demanding
- May involve working in varying temperatures depending on the season and location
- Use of personal protective equipment as required
