You are expected to:
• Work with leads, get leads in CRM, constantly update databases
• Conduct phone negotiations with our clients
• Consult and find the optimal solution in the interests of the client
• Present real estate properties
• Accompany the client at all stages of the transaction


We expect you to have:
• 1-3 years of real estate sales experience (real estate sales experience in the UAE is mandatory)
• Knowledge of English language + additional language skills preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Energy, persistence, and initiative
• Ability to persuade and focus on results
• Planning and time management skills
