We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database********Present and promote products/services to prospective clients********Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat********Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information********Assist in achieving monthly sales targets********Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role********Excellent communication and interpersonal skills********Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities********Good time management and organizational skills********Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office********High school diploma; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
