Electrician Service Required

We required a service of an Electrician, a responsible and very sociable one, ready to develop and grow with us. If you are interesting, responsible with active personality. You truly loves and knows how to handle maintenance system, we will be glad to accept you into our team!

Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance within the hotel rooms.
Ensuring that electrical systems adhere to the national electrical safety standards and regulations.
Respond promptly and efficiently to any maintenance calls that arise.
Execute the preventative maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment and designated areas are maintained.
Ability to work without close supervision and within established time frames.
Installing, maintaining, modifying and repairing all electrical systems in the hotel public spaces and buildings.
Recommend maintenance system improvements and energy savings.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

Please Note The Following:
Monthly Salary: 4,500GBP and above depending on level of experience.
Employment type: permanent, (Full Time)

Qualifications, Experience and Requirements:
Preferred Language of Resume/Application: English.
1 year minimum proficiency experience.
Average level in English.
Monthly Salary: 4,500GBP and above depending on level of experience.
Positive attitude.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work on own or in teams.
Experience in communication and good conduct.
Extensive knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
Attention to detail.

Benefit:
The Employee is eligible to receive a semi-annual discretionary bonus of up to a target of 45% of your Base Eligible Earnings as defined in the Company's Bonus Plan. Based on your performance, you can over-achieve your bonus target pursuant to the Company's Bonus Plan.

Employee shall be afforded Health Insurance and Retirement (Pension) Plan in accordance with the prevailing market practice in the United Kingdom and the applicable laws and regulations

Employee shall be entitled to up to thirty (30) days of Paid Vacation/Leave (plus Bank Holidays) in any given calendar year provided that Employee remains a full time employee during such period of time. If Employee’s employment falls short of twelve months in any given calendar year, Employee’s entitlement to thirty (30) days of paid vacation/leave shall be reduced on a pro rata basis. Employee shall be eligible to accrue paid vacation/paid time off in accordance with the company's paid vacation/paid time off policy, as it may be amended from time to time, and at the rate equal to other similarly situated employees.
