Job Description: As the Operations Manager at Dakos Technical services, you will be at the forefront of building and shaping our operational strategies. Your role will be crucial in establishing processes and systems that ensure our startup operates efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include:
• Operational Setup: Develop and implement initial operational processes and procedures to support the launch and growth of the company.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance productivity from the ground up.
• Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet the demands of a growing company.
• Purchasing: Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards to ensure that our products/services meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and address any issues promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and support overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in operations management, preferably in a building maintenance/technical services field and fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build and manage effective teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with operational tools and technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
