Job Description:
Telesales / Call Center Executive
Lead Generation, Tele Sales
Wealth World Bank Broker seeks dynamic and personable sales and customer service agents to manage client inquiries.
Shift Timing: 9:30am to********PM
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days A Week)
Responsibilities: A call center representative focusing on building relationships with our cold call prospects through outbound and inbound calls, and electronic communications.
Qualifications:
• Strong command of the English language
• Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills, organizational expertise mastering the job description, on-call scripting, and industry product knowledge
• Candidates must complete our training course
Compensation: up to 15,000 AED per month (entry level: basic salary plus incentives)
Job Type: Full Time
Contract length: 24 months’
Salary: Base, plus incentives up to 12,000 aed (entry level)
Ability to commute or planning to relocate before starting work
Experience: 1 years call center experience
