Fils international movers was established in 2009, founded and headquartered in Jordan. They offer full packing and relocation services, warehousing, supply chain, and project logistics, all under one roof.

They are seeking a highly motivated Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in launching their relocation services operation in Dubai.
The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of their daily operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving team success.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of relocation projects, from initial estimates to final delivery.
Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
Prepare accurate and competitive relocation estimates.
Lead and collaborate with a team of movers and packers to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the packing and removal industry, preferably in the UAE market.
Proven experience in domestic and international relocation projects.
Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to quality service.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
