Job Summary:The Senior Quantity Surveyor undertakes delivery of projects across the full spectrum of cost management activities under minimal direction while managing a team.Role description:- Accountable for a variety of deliverables throughout the lifecycle of a project or multiple smaller projects.- Manages resources across a large project or several smaller projects.- Briefs the team on project scope to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood.- Monitors and manages the performance of direct reports.- Ensures all deliverables comply with AECOM Project Delivery System.- Responsible for client liaison and management.- Responsible to integrate with key members of the design team, the client and other project stakeholders.- High level of literacy skills in English required, Arabic speaking considered a benefit.- Based in Dubai at either Site or AECOM office.Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited, internation recognized institution or university. MRICS or equivalent accreditation.Minimum 8 years' experience required.45 hours, 5 days working week, Monday to Friday.Retail and/or building renovation/re-purposing preferred.
