1. Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
2. Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executive.
3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
4. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events for the executive.
5. Keep track of deadlines and important dates, ensuring the executive is well-prepared for upcoming commitments.
6. Act as a point of contact between the executive and other team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
7. Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the executive.
8. Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
9. Conduct research and gather information as needed by the executive********Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation********Prepare travel itineraries and ensure the executive is well-prepared for trips********Attend meetings with the executive, take notes, and distribute meeting minutes********Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings********Assist with special projects, often requiring research, analysis, and coordination with other team members********Handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality********Address and resolve issues that may arise in the executive's absence or on their behalf********Utilize various software and tools to manage schedules, communicate, and create documents (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, calendar applications).
18. Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements********Responsible for experience centre and demo centre.

Note: The role may convert to full time with satisfactory performance

Budget: 4400-6606 AED

1. Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience and good communication skills

2. Familiarity with Tagalog is mandatory
