Communication and Coordination:
1. Answer calls professionally with greetings and proper communication when starting and ending calls.
2. Respond to emails on the same day, coordinating with relevant people if needed********Scheduling of meetings for staff or clients.
4. Taking minutes during meetings.
5. Assisting with on boarding new employees.
6. Coordinating training programs for staff.
7. Communicate and collaborate with other teams.
8. Communication and coordination to suppliers for the materials price and quote
9. Follow up on pending payments through email and phone calls********Follow up for material approvals without interrupting ongoing work and keeping management informed.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
1. Update customer inquiries in the CRM system.
2. Assign supervisors to inquiries and schedule site visits within the CRM.
3. Manage customer service creations after supervisors complete site visits.
4. Assist in preparing quotations for non-standard services (not saved in CRM). Save completed quotations to the CRM service list.
5. Monitor purchase orders {LPOs) via email and update them in the CRM********Generate job orders and assign them to supervisors based on the updated LPOs.
7. Act as the service advisor and customer relations manager for annual maintenance contract {AMC) clients.
