Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively going into the market to promote and sell our range of services, including accounting, taxation audits, company setups, loans, bank account openings, and more. The Field Sales Executive will play a key role in generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell services such as accounting, taxation audits, company formations, business loans, and bank account openings to clients.
Actively engage with potential clients in the field to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective planning, lead generation, and persuasive selling techniques.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to close sales and ensure ongoing customer support.
Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to improve service offerings and sales strategies.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, accounting, or business consulting.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to confidently pitch products and services.
Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities.
Knowledge of accounting, taxation, company setup, or banking services is preferred.
Ability to work independently in the field, managing time and priorities effectively.
Must hold a valid visa.
Compensation:
Competitive salary plus commission structure based on performance.
