A Sales Support Engineer at an Elevator Company is responsible for providing technical support and expertise to the sales team, helping to drive sales and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's elevator products, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, assisting with product demonstrations, customer inquiries, and troubleshooting issues********Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's elevator products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications********Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and other sales materials. Help to identify customer needs and match them with the appropriate elevator products and solutions********Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements, and provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.
5. Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including product manuals, technical specifications, Compliance Statements and other materials to support the sales and customer support teams********Product Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on customer feedback and market needs********Compliance: Ensure that all technical support and sales activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field********-5 years of experience in technical support, sales support, or a related field, preferably in the elevator industry********Strong technical knowledge of elevator products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications********Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences********Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns********Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders********Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously********Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Auto CAD
