1. Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques********Clear tables during service********Control guest cheques and secure proper payment********Set up station and table to ensure they are complete and perform various relevant duties to the function as assigned by the Outlet Manager********Keep abreast of hotel products and services in order to answer guest questions and requests********Answer all guest questions / request in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriate actions or if needed, refer the matter to the relevant persons to handle********Ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times********Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives********To be able to perform any additional scope of duties if requested by the Manager********To attend the mandatory External and Internal training and follow the company training policy.
