· We are looking for a skilled and experienced Car Painter to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for painting vehicles to a high standard and ensuring that the job is completed efficiently and safely.

· You will be required to prepare vehicles for painting, mask off parts of the car that are not to be painted, mix and apply paint, select and mix the correct Colour, and ensure that the finish is smooth and even. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining your work area and tools.

· A strong attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work to deadlines. You must be comfortable working with a range of tools and materials and have a valid UK driving license.

· The purpose of a car painter is to apply paint and other finishes to motor vehicles, to give them a professional and attractive appearance. This may involve spraying, brushing or rolling paint onto the body of the car, and to the interior and exterior trim. The car painter must ensure that the paint matches existing colours and is applied in a neat and uniform manner. They must also understand the different types of paint and finishes available, and be able to advise customers on the best option for their car. Finally, it is important for the car painter to follow all safety guidelines when using hazardous materials.

Car Painter Requirements
