Ensure F&B Service standards are consistently implemented.
Training team members in improving their service levels and techniques to
increasing revenue.
Conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and
supplies.
Coaching and guiding junior team members.
Take guest feedback on the food, beverages and service, and address any
concerns or issues in a positive manner.
Ensure F&B standards and SOP are always followed.
Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner and assist
with table reservation and seating.
Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language
Ensure good knowledge of menu and dishes and answer any questions
regarding menu and assist with menu selections.
Communicate special meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special
requests to the kitchen.
Communicate with the kitchen regarding any menu questions, the length of
wait and product availability
Review order dockets ensuring accurate and timely preparations for order
requirements accordingly.
Record transaction/orders in POS system at time of order and present
accurate final bill to guest and process payment.
Ensure the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, both at the front as
well as the back of house areas.
Any other duties related to F&B service assigned by the manager.
