We are looking for a Filipino presentable female receptionist with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

Customer-service skills
Receive and process sales data.
Update and maintain data.
Prepare relevant reports as needed.
The candidate must be fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
Can provide outstanding customer service to all client inquiries.
Multitasking. Manage and execute a broad variety of administrative tasks.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, & Power Point)
Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.
Good attention to detail. Ability to think analytically , Planning ability.
Ability to work independently and be disciplined.
Visit Visa/ Cancelled Visa is preferred
Sits in Reception and serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately

Presentable Female candidates with any Degree or Diploma. Telephone Handling, Telephone Manners, Computer Knowledge, Customer Focus, Organization, Handling Pressure and Office Stationary Management.

Experience: receptionist/secretary: 1 year (Preferred) ,Working days from Monday to Friday .
