Responsibilities :

Develop and run social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Use data and analytics to understand our audience and create targeted, personalized ad campaigns
Work with our content, design, and data teams to create effective ad creatives and messaging
Monitor how the ad campaigns are performing, analyze the results, and provide recommendations to clients
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media advertising trends and strategies, and suggest new ways to improve our campaigns
Qualifications :

2+ years of experience working in social media advertising, preferably at a digital marketing agency
Proven success in planning, launching, and optimizing social media ad campaigns
Skilled in using social media advertising tools and platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics software
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into effective marketing plans
Excellent communication and presentation skills to work well with clients and internal teams
Passionate about staying informed on the ever-changing social media landscape and advertising trends.
