Partner with the best As a Site Supervisor, Chemical you’ll be responsible for providing onsite services for chemical applications. You’ll maintain chemical application programs and inventory at customers' sites. You'll work closely with the customer, following specific procedures to provide ongoing support to assist operations. Developing the year plan for the own function on the basis of the framework of the strategic plan for the whole unit. As a Site Supervisor, Chemical, you will be responsible for: Working with Contract Process/Technical Advisor to understand resource requirements (personnel, chemicals, equipment, consumables) needed for successful implementation of chemical treatment programs. Arranging crew rotation schedules (including vacation coverage) required to ensure onsite staffing levels meet requirements for effective service delivery. Report concerns to local PL manager and Contract Process/Technical Advisor. Monitoring Baker Hughes personnel to ensure Customer's trainings are up to date. Work with Baker Hughes support admin to arrange Customer training for personnel as required. Monitoring Baker Hughes personnel to ensure Baker Hughes trainings are up to date. Work with Baker Hughes team to make sure they complete all required trainings. Interfacing with Customer personnel to understand requirements/resources for Baker Hughes personnel to successfully and safely complete Customer's services and tasks. Make sure these resources/ requirements are in place. Monitoring Chemical inventories and create delivery forecast to ensure no chemical stock-outs in Customer's warehouse. Advise Baker Hughes team of any potential stock-out concerns. Making sure monthly timesheets completed correctly. Working with Contract Process/Technical Advisor to determine appropriate technical training required for Baker Hughes team. Arrange technical training as required. Working with Contract Process/Technical Advisor, PL Manager and Customer to fill organization gaps as they develop. Conducting HSE audits of chemical injection facilities, Chemical storage facilities and Baker Hughes work locations. Ensuring Baker Hughes vehicle inspections and maintenance performed in timely manner. Ensuring pump PM activities completed per schedule. Ensuring samples requiring offsite analysis are quickly shipped for analysis with proper documentation. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have degree in Chemistry or Engineering related to Chemicals Have 7-10 years’ experience in Field Service and Technical Advising. Work experience in foreign companies and experience on international assignments welcome Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Be able to speak Kazakh, Russian and English - verbal and writing skills in Advanced level. Have Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Have an ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs Have an established project management skills.
