If so, we have the perfect role for you!So, what will you do?You will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials. You will present campaign feedback and performance and provide administrative support to our marketing and sales teams. In addition to the above, you will:Provide support and execute marketing plans:Support the marketing team with planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaignsCreate and present reports on marketing performance of each campaignManage daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activitiesArrange and plan promotional events and sales activations:Store launches, exhibitions, markets and festivalsManage calendar schedules for markets and activationsCollate reports and present ROI of each eventConduct After Action Review (AARs) with key stakeholdersPerform market and merchant research:Completing competitor analysis, managing and maintaining databases, organising in-field research and immersions with suppliers and presenting findingsResearching new activation sites and new marketsManage branded swag, merchandise and activation kits:Distribute swag to national teams, complete regular stock takes, present weekly updates on stock management while managing orders against an allocated budgetManage marketing collateral requests:Distribute collateral based in requests from sales, resellers, partners, field agents, store managers, activation squad and other areas of businessManage briefing processes for new requests and reverts on marketing materialsManage relationships with various stakeholders and suppliers:Daily communication on progress of tasks, campaigns and projectsCommunicating relevant reverts from stakeholders back into an in-house studioWork with external suppliers and key partnersMedia planning and reporting:Manage administrative tasks related to media projectsAssist with collating various tracking metrics across multi-formatted channels into presentation
