They are now looking for an IT ADI Functional Relationship Manager within their IT department based in Bryanston.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an ADI FRM, the primary role is for the incumbent to utilize their analytical thought leadership to understand how possible analytical techniques and use of data ecosystems align to business questions and challenges within the food and beverage market. They will Initiate and own value driven data and analytics portfolio of use cases through a cross functional council within their respective entity (ESAR market) in line with the business strategy/MBS/OMP. Help in Data and Analytics Use Case Prioritization, Road mapping and Business Case Creation. They will be accountable for executing entity driven use cases whilst embedding scaled analytics on strategic/execution use cases coming from functions, category, or joint market initiatives to derive value. They will also be able to test and learn in smaller scope and innovate new ideas and showcase value enabling agile methodology. One of the key responsibilities would be to orchestrate data governance in the market and work closely with above market data office. Most importantly you will be custodians of Change Management and Adoption (changes in ways of working, process integration) to ensure realization of value as well as help develop further the data literacy (capability building, trainings) in market for all functions and categories.
