SynopsisA company that offers a comprehensive range of interventions, from the selection of people to be trained and the designing of the course material to the actual training has an exciting opportunity for a quality-oriented Recruitment Administrator in Gauteng.Job DescriptionThe primary requirement for this position will be to assist the recruitment team with all admin linked to the recruitment process, to maintain an accurate data base, and manage the reception area.Qualification and ExperienceGrade 12 or NQF 4 qualification;Office Administration Diploma or equivalent an added advantageAdministration experienceExperience in managing a reception deskRecruitment experience advantageousProject management skills advantageousSpeaking multiple languages advantageousWorking knowledge of MS office with strong Excel skillsRoles and ResponsibilitiesRecruitment AdministrationAdministration linked to the recruiting, screening and short listing of candidates according to client specific needs and requirementsBook venues and prepare the relevant documentation neededEnsure all documentation required for learner files is sourced and filedEnsure processes and procedures are adhered to according to recruitment procedureBrief potential applicants on offerings and assist with completion of application forms and required documentation to be submittedCheck all applications that are submitted for accuracy and completenessPrepare verification letters for sign of by doctorsLog all walk in application in walk-in register and forward to recruitment consultantCandidate InteractionLiaise with candidates in relation to setting up interviews, pre-assessment and inductionBrief candidates on the time & tame frame they are required to be at the academyBrief candidates on the reason for the appointmentInform candidates of what they need to bring with themContact candidates not currently in academy and continually update their information and status on databaseDatabase ReportingLoad all new applicants onto databaseComprehensively and continuously update databaseExport and quality check CVs from database when requiredReceptionAnswer switchboard and direct calls accordinglyAnswer phone calls and take messagesAttend to all walk-ins and restrict access controlAssist with walk-in learners, advise on application process and screen and receive application forms when required.Ensure reception area is adequately stocked with marketing material and registration formsEnsure reception area is kept tidy at all timesMaintain professional image at front desk
