Opportunity exists for efficient and meticulous Office Administrator with exceptional administrative ability to join established company within the Oil industry.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to, invoicing for suppliers, customers and bank recons, implement and maintain an efficient filling system - electronically as well as with physical paperwork, and take charge and manage the office.

Requirements:
• Must have experience on accounting systems, Omni would be a plus
• Creditors / debtors experience is essential
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must have own transport and needs to be very reliable
• Able to work independently and without supervision

Collect, process, and approve waste manifests, weighbridge slips and supporting documentation for all vendor sales, commercial and residential collections. Ensure all data is processed, approved, accurate and trustworthy. Confirm that all required data documents are completed in full.

Complete the monthly waste stream reports for clients or assist with these reports. Attend to all incoming internal and external queries on the data reports.

Qualifications
• Experience in a data-related field will be beneficial but not required.
• Degree / diploma in finance, statistics, business administration will be a distinct advantage.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
• Possession of a valid drivers’ license and the ability to visit other branches are a bonus
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively resolve conflict situations
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and effectively set priorities
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
