The role assumes responsibility for assisting the General Counsel Africa and the Legal Team in setting the strategy to ensure overall compliance with the following regulatory areas:NCRPOPIAPAIACompany’s ActKing IV Corporate GovernanceGDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)CISCybersecurity
It will also include all data protection legislation in African markets and work with the various Regulators in relation to investigations conducted against the organisation.It is an added advantage if the individual is from the financial services
industry and knows and understands the regulatory environment within which some of our clients operate in.
