ResponsibilitiesSupport the success of the sales team by providing technical knowledge during the sales process▪ Develop trust and credibility by helping clients solve their business problems ▪ Meet with clients prior to product delivery and help establish and clarify their specific business needs and technical requirements▪ Ensure customer questions and concerns regarding Infodata’s products and solutions are addressed and help them make the most informed buying decision possible.▪ Collaborate with the technical team to define, design, and detail the aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions▪ Work with the technical team and ensure delivery of effective Proof of Concept (POC) to prospective customers▪ Demonstrate technical knowledge of Infodata’s various product options to potential customers and follow up with them, making every effort to close the sale professionally. ▪ Continuously expand knowledge of the company’s product lines▪ Accurately communicate all technical specifications to potential customers▪ Offer related products and services to new customers▪ Participate in system acceptance testing and change management process.▪ Coach clients on how to use the products or solutions that have been deployed▪ Collaborate with the sales team, technical teams and senior management to develop successful product sales technique
