A vacancy has become available for a Regional Assessor within the Northern Cape, Upington and surrounding areasAs the OUTsurance Regional Claims Assessor you will be responsible for assessing, validating and finalising personal lines and business claims.Responsibilities:Validate all incidents and claimsFinalise all reports and administration (reports, scanning, photographs etc.)Liaise with service providersMeeting with clients, witnesses, liaise with many external parties including different law enforcement agencies, SAPS etc.Handling and resolving all queries and problems from service provider and clients.Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place.Travel extensively and long distance including being away from home lots of times if need be.Skills and Competencies:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Well conversant in English and Afrikaans.
