Minimum of 5 years of experience as Assistant General Manager or Resident Manager, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Front Office.• Proven track record of successfully managing timeshare operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.• Sound knowledge of hotel or lodge financials, revenue management, and budgeting.• Proficient in industry-specific software and systems.• Hospitality diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.• Provide strategic direction and vision for the Resort, aligning it with company objectives.• Oversee daily operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, Safari, Entertainment, and maintenance.• Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize revenue generation, occupancy rates, and overall profitability.• Foster a positive work environment and lead a diverse team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and business partners to enhance the Timeshare’s reputation and drive customer loyalty.• Monitor guest feedback and take proactive measures to address any issues, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for all guests.• Analyse financial reports, control costs, and prepare budgets to achieve financial targets.
