As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Director to join our team and contribute to our continued success.Position Overview:As the Financial Director, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational financial management of the Company and its related properties. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will possess a blend of financial acumen, leadership skills, and industry expertise to drive financial performance and support the company's growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Planning and Analysis: - Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives. - Conduct variance analysis and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial outcomes. - Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and market trends.2. Financial Reporting and Compliance: - Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly statements, quarterly reports, and annual audits. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies. - Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.3. Cash Flow Management: - Manage cash flow effectively to support operational needs, capital investments, and debt obligations. - Optimize working capital and liquidity through proactive cash flow forecasting and management strategies.4. Investment Analysis and Capital Budgeting: - Evaluate investment opportunities, capital projects, and strategic initiatives to drive long-term value creation. - Conduct financial modeling and risk assessments to support investment decisions and capital allocation.5. Strategic Financial Leadership: - Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives. - Provide financial insights and guidance to support decision-making across all functional areas of the organization. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems, and controls.6. Establishment of Financial Department: - Lead the establishment of the financial department, including designing organizational structure, defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing reporting lines. - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance. - Select and implement financial management systems and software to support accounting, reporting, and analysis functions.7. Team Building and Management: - Recruit, hire, and onboard talented finance professionals to build a high-performing financial team. - Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing development opportunities to team members to foster their growth and success. - Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback to team members to drive accountability and continuous improvement.8.
