Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Financial Planning and Analysis: - Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives. - Conduct variance analysis and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial outcomes. - Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and market trends.2. Establishment of Financial Department: - Lead the establishment of the financial department, including designing organizational structure, defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing reporting lines. - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance. - Select and implement financial management systems and software to support accounting, reporting, and analysis functions.7. Team Building and Management: - Recruit, hire, and onboard talented finance professionals to build a high-performing financial team. - Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing development opportunities to team members to foster their growth and success. - Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback to team members to drive accountability and continuous improvement.8.
