[What you will be working on] • Analyse target stakeholders’ profile, define engagement purpose and devise engagement strategies and content • Analyse market trends, business models and audit observations that may impact compliance level and to plan for relevant engagement/ education activities to prevent non-compliance • Develop and execute robust stakeholder engagement and education campaigns through digital and non-digital channels to effectively educate stakeholders • Promote the use of digital services and digital record-keeping to improve overall tax compliance. This includes working with external stakeholders to onboard IRAS’ digital solutions and to transmit tax information to IRAS. • Ensure contents (digital and non-digital channels) are accurate, relevant and meet channel goals and taxpayers’ expectations • Create concepts and messages that are user-centric • Keep abreast of development in digital and non-digital channels used for outreach and education purposes, with the aim to more effectively reach out to different profiles of stakeholders.
