A manufacturing company is seeking experienced Machine Operators for the following roles in cigarette production:

1. Cigarette Maker Operator (Hauni Nano 6): Must have experience operating the Hauni Nano 6 cigarette-making machine.
2. Packer Operator (Focke 350): Looking for candidates with experience operating the Focke 350 packing machine for cigarette cartons.
3. Filter Machine Operator (PM 4/5): Candidates should be skilled in operating PM 4/5 filter machines used in cigarette filter production.
Key responsibilities for a Cigarette Machine Operator:
1. Operate and Maintain Machines: Run cigarette-making, packing, or filter machines (e.g., Hauni Nano 6, Focke 350, PM 4/5) according to production standards.
2. Monitor Machine Performance: Regularly check the machine’s operation for malfunctions, ensuring optimal performance and production output.
3. Adjust Machine Settings: Make necessary adjustments to machine settings such as speed, material feed, or alignment to ensure product quality.
4. Quality Control: Inspect cigarettes or filters for defects and ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards.
5. Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve issues such as machine jams, misfeeds, or mechanical breakdowns to avoid production delays.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance to prolong machine life and ensure smooth operation.
7. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
8. Record Keeping: Document production data, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with the maintenance team, supervisors, and other operators to meet production targets and deadlines********Raw Material Handling: Load materials such as tobacco, filters, and paper into machines as needed for production runs.
