Primary Responsibilities:
Generate new property listings and engage potential buyers or tenants across various platforms.
Facilitate leasing or selling transactions by interacting with property owners.
Identify and register new landlords/sellers through cold calling and inquiries.
Conduct property viewings, register clients, and match them with suitable properties.
Promote the brokerage through networking, marketing efforts, and provision of real estate services.
Offer clients information on legal guidelines, rates, property specifications, and availability.
Negotiate agreements between buyers and sellers to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Draft sales and purchase contracts, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulation
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate.
RERA BRN registration (Preferred).
Valid driving license (Preferred).
Demonstrated self-motivation and entrepreneurial drive.
Ability to thrive in a diverse environment, fostering teamwork and knowledge exchange.
Positive demeanor with strong analytical and communication skills.
