The E-commerce Executive/Manager plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the online sales and presence of a company. This position involves overseeing various aspects of e-commerce operations, including website functionality, user experience, product listings, inventory management, and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute E-commerce Strategy: Align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals to drive online sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Website Management: Ensure the online store is updated, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Digital Marketing: Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with product development and supply chain teams to manage product listings, descriptions, and inventory levels.
Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by analyzing customer behavior and feedback, and implementing improvements.
Data Analysis: Use data analytics tools to track and analyze website performance and customer engagement metrics.
Team Management: Supervise and train the e-commerce team, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient operations.
Reporting: Generate reports on e-commerce activity and performance, and propose new strategies to improve results.
Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is typically required.
Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field is essential.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
