Requirement for Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support the supervision consultant.

Understands and can independently process claims, EOT, and variation requests.
Can evaluate and reply to letters directly.
Understands FIDIC, all versions and particularly Red book 1999, White book********and Yellow book.
Must be a self-starter working with minimum supervision able to identify and approach all parties as necessary.
Excellent command of English written and spoken.
Understands urgency and can take any necessary steps autonomously to ensure compliance with required deadlines.
Familiarity with ACONEX is desirable.

Candidates will have not less than 8 years demonstrable Quantity Surveying experience working on large and complex multi-party construction projects of which at least 3 years should be directly related to an airport project.
