Seeking an experienced Indian candidate with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in interior and general building maintenance. Must be skilled in project handling, coordination, preparing quotations, quantity surveying, and creating 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings. A driving license is a plus. Salary is negotiable.
