Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Female Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role requires extensive travel and interaction with potential customers, making excellent driving skills and proficient English communication essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and Identify Leads: Identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calls, networking events, and referrals.

• Sales Visits: Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to promote products and services.

• Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively highlighting the benefits and features.


• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.


• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.


• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and submit regular reports.



Requirements:
Driving License: A valid driving license is mandatory.
Education: Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is essential.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively as required by the role.
Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools, including CRM systems.
Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 25 years old, young and energetic.
