Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.Job DescriptionWe are seeking to appoint an Application Support Lead to be located in our VIC, NSW or QLD office. This is a newly created role and will support our Manager, IT Operations by managing and monitoring the Australian Engineering and Design application platform. You will focus on Engineering and Design applications, cloud technologies and security, ensure integrity of all systems, integrations, and security of data.Install, configure, maintain, and support AutoCAD suite of products, 12D Synergy / Modelling, TuFlow modelling, BlueBeam and QGIS with the ability to package the applications using Intune or SCCM.Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems with existing applications.Recommend improvements to existing applications and prepare proposals for new software development projects.Perform quality assurance testing on new applications to ensure they meet industry standards for functionality and usability.QualificationsCertificate or Degree in Computer scienceAt least 3 years of experience in application development, installation, configuration, and maintenance.Ability to configure and troubleshoot network (LAN / WAN/WLAN) issues.Experience working with Engineering Design software will be highly regarded.Additional InformationAt Colliers, we are enterprising.
