Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring new property opportunities to expand our portfolio. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Analyze competitive market strategies and provide insights to guide decision-making.
Property Acquisition:

Identify potential properties for acquisition through various channels including networking, market analysis, and real estate listings.
Evaluate properties based on financial and strategic criteria, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for management.
Networking & Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, agents, property owners, and other stakeholders.
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand professional network and promote the company’s interests.
Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate purchase terms and conditions with property owners and agents.
Work closely with legal and financial teams to ensure all transactions comply with regulations and company policies.
Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic acquisition plans.
Provide regular updates and reports on market conditions, acquisition progress, and strategic opportunities.
Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial modeling and analysis to assess the viability and profitability of potential acquisitions.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and investors.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate acquisition, business development, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful property acquisitions and real estate transactions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act upon complex financial and market data.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Arabic.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with real estate software and CRM systems is a plus.
