Partner with the BB Customer Crew team to design and implement analytical solutions across the business Drive stakeholder outcomes to deliver better customer experiences Deliver at pace with quality, through continuous improvement and governance Uplift people capabilities in data and analytics through engagement networks and community forums See yourself in our Team: BB Customer, Risk Automation sits within the wider Analytics, Data, and Decision Science (ADDS) team, part of Everyday Business Banking (EBB) in BB. We are the analytical function that supports customer risk, remediation customer lifecycle management activities. Our mission is to be a Trusted Partner for enhanced customer experience business outcomes through leading analytics and actionable insights. On a day to day basis you will: Liaise with the Business Banking Customer Crew team to deliver analytical solutions and control monitoring. Develop and automate analytical solutions using SQL, Python or R. Present analytical insights to stakeholders to give advice to our business partners with data. Build end-to-end reporting and interactive dashboards using Tableau or R-Shiny. Support customer projects and initiatives as required by working with Senior Analysts and/or Managers and liaising with analytical and non-analytical business partners across the department. Maintain documentation of your analysis and version control of code/scripts using tools such as GitHub. You will support your peers with quality assurance (QA) reviews and ensure that results are replicable. As part of the broader ADDS team, you may be required to support high priority Business Banking initiative. Experience creating analytical solutions to solve business problems with data. Knowledge with Data visualisation, Agile Tools (GitHub or Confluence would be advantageous.) Willing to learn analytical tools and platforms such as Python or R Studio Knowledge of Banking: customers, products, systems, processes.
